What is the minimum hire period?
The minimum hire period is 24 hours.
What documents do I need to collect my vehicle?
You will need to provide your full UK driving licence, either a photo card or an old paper-style licence. We will also need your National Insurance Number in order to complete a DVLA check online and one other form of ID such as a utility bill.
Do you offer delivery and collection?
Yes. We offer a delivery and collection service subject to availability within a 10 mile radius of our location. A charge of £12 is payable for either collection or delivery. We cannot always guarantee this is an option.
What do your hire prices include?
Unless you have specified extras to us your basic quote will include VAT, insurance cover for one driver, breakdown cover within the UK and 200 miles allowance per 24 hour hire period. Additional mileage will be calculated at 0.12p per mile.
What methods of payment do you accept ?
We accept credit/debit cards with the exception of AMEX.
What is the vehicle cleaning procedure before collection?
All vehicles are thoroughly cleaned inside and out. Internally all areas are antibaced and sanitized as are door exterior door handles and keys.
Can I return the vehicle outside your normal office hours?
We may be able to accommodate this depending on the time of return.
Are pets permitted in the rental vehicles?
Yes, our vehicle hire is pet friendly as long as you maintain the vehicle’s cleanliness and safety of any pets on board. Please be aware that if the vehicle requires more cleaning than standard due to pets there will be an additional charge
Can I add an additional driver and how much does it cost?
Yes, you can add an additional driver however it does depend on the category of the vehicle.The additional driver will need to provide the same information/documentation as the main hirer to hire the vehicle and meet our driver criteria. Can I leave my car at your premises whilst I hire a vehicle?
You may not leave your vehicle at our premises but there is on-road parking in the vicinity. Leaving your vehicle is entirely at your own risk.
