“Hire or Reward” Restriction: You cannot charge passengers a fare or use the bus for profit-making or commercial services. The minibus will be used by a non-commercial body or by private individuals, for social purposes only.
Voluntary Basis: Driving must be on a voluntary basis, not as part of your primary job. You will receive no payment other than the recovery of your out-of-pocket expenses (e.g. fuel and parking costs).
Restrictions: You must drive within the mainland UK only.
How much deposit do I have to pay when renting a minibus?
A deposit payment of £750 applies to both 14, 15 and 17-seater minibuses.
Can I have more than one driver on my rented minibus?
Absolutely. Each driver must also be over 25 years and have held a licence for two years or more and have a D1 on their licence if required. There is a small additional charge for each Additional Driver. This can be added to your booking via our online booking portal.
Can I extend the minibus rental period?
This should be no problem at all. Simply call in and speak to a member of our Rental Team.
Are there additional extras available when hiring a minibus with you?

What happens when I return my hire minibus?
Please ensure all personal belongings are removed from the minibus. If you return during manned hours, the minibus will be checked in during your presence and the damage report signed off. If you return whilst the office is unmanned, a member of our team will check the vehicle in on their arrival. Your deposit payment will then be processed appropriately and your Hire Agreement will be closed down.
